Our Shop Mentality
With a history of over 50 years of combined experience in the machining industry we have now set our sights on growth. So far we’ve learned this is achieved through finding the right balance of shop size, number of employees and the amount of work we take on all while considering the versatility of the oilfield. Our approach is to have a small team of dedicated staff who care about the quality of work that goes out.
In order to do this we’ve developed our “80/100 rule” which is where we check 80% of the measurements on 100% of the parts we manufacture. In addition to this we utilize different efficiency tools to maximize tool life while minimizing run times. We also run multiple shifts a day to gain maximal machine output.
Our aim is to manufacture your parts with precision and an impressive timeline, all while making the bottom dollar more affordable for you. By running efficiently we are able to provide below average cost solutions to your manufacturing needs.
